Effective September 30, 2023, my practice will be located at
353 Montreal Road, Unit 107 in Vanier.
The office is on Montreal Road, between Vanier Parkway and St. Laurent Boulevard.
The office is on street level, towards the rear of the plaza.
Parking is free.
At our new location, I will be working with Dr. Brophy and 5 other family physicians, together with Jennyfer and Krystle.
After September 30, 2023, this is my only practice location.

After-hours Care
For Ontario residents, after 5 pm and on weekends, call Health811 at 811 or 1-866-797-0007.
After September 30, 2023, when I am on call in the evening or weekends, in-office appointments will be at 353 Montreal Road, Unit 107.
When other doctors are on call, the 811Nurse may direct you to a doctor in another location.
On-call care continues with a group of physicians with the Agora OSSF-Family Health Organization. We provide medical coverage for urgent medical problems evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your medical chart remains with me, and it will be moved securely.
Any medical information delivered to the previous office location, will be sent to me directly.
