Change of Address. Starting September 30, 2023

Effective November 1st, 2023, my practice will be located at 353 Montreal Road, Unit 107 in Vanier.

The office is on Montreal Road, between Vanier Parkway and St. Laurent Boulevard.

The office is on street level, towards the rear of the plaza. Parking is free.

At the new location, I will be working with Dr. Donohue and Dr Brophy and, together with Jennyfer and Krystle.

After November 1st 2023, this is my only practice location.

Directions:

• Car: Parking is available by turning north into the plaza where you see the sign for Vanier Pharmacy.
• Bus: The nearest bus stops are Montreal Rd & Granville or Montreal Rd & Lafontaine (check octranspo.com to confirm your route). 

Appointments:

Any In-Office appointment scheduled after 1 November 2023 will still be on the same day and at the same time, but you will be seen at the new location at 353 Montreal Road, Unit 107.

Virtual care appointments will remain unchanged.

Chart and Medical Information:

Your medical chart remains with me and it will be moved securely. 

Any medical information delivered to the previous office location, will be sent to me directly.

After Hours Care:

Evening appointments and same-day appointments are available in person and virtually.
