Effective Monday, January 5, 2026 Your Health Votre Santé will be moving to 150 Montreal Road, Unit 200. This will be our only office location. 

150 Montreal Road is at the corner of Montreal Road and Vanier Parkway.

We are on the 2nd floor in unit 200.

Getting to the clinic:

OC Transpo routes 9 and 12 provide service to our location.

There is bike parking at the main entrance to the building.

There is parking available at the front of the building off Montreal Road and additional parking and a second entrance at the back of the building (access from Savard Avenue). There is no charge for parking.

Your chart will be automatically transferred to our new location.

Our clinic operations will remain the same – the only thing that has changed is our location. Please be patient with our team as we settle into the new space.

Nous avons déménagé au 150, chemin de Montréal, unité 200, à compter du 5 janvier 2026.

À compter du lundi 5 janvier 2026, Votre Santé déménagera au 150, chemin Montréal, unité 200. Ce sera notre unique bureau.

Le 150, chemin Montréal se trouve à l’angle du chemin Montréal et du boulevard Vanier.

Nos bureaux sont situés au 2e étage, unité 200.

Accès à la clinique :

Les lignes 9 et 12 d’OC Transpo desservent notre établissement.

Un stationnement pour vélos est disponible à l’entrée principale du bâtiment.

Un stationnement est disponible à l’avant de l’immeuble, côté chemin Montréal, ainsi qu’un stationnement supplémentaire et une deuxième entrée à l’arrière (accès par l’avenue Savard). Le stationnement est gratuit.
