Book an appointment:

You can book a virtual, phone or in person appointment online. Our physicians also have a number of slots reserved for same day issues that you can book online.

Review your appointments:

You will be able to see appointments that are booked in the future. You can also modify or cancel an existing appointment. This must be greater than 48 hours notice to do this online, otherwise please call the clinic ASAP or a no show fee will apply. 

View messages:

You will be able to view your messages and any documents that have been sent to you through the portal.

Upload an image:

You will have an opportunity to send the pictures by uploading them in a link called “Send us a photograph Qnaire” once our physician has talked to you.

Pay any outstanding invoices or fees with your credit card

You will be able to pay any bills through the ‘billing’ section of the portal.

You can also e-transfer to payments@yhvs.ca, write a cheque made out to the physician you owe the payment to, or by cash when you are next in office.
